Exterior Project in Tierra Del Mar

After taking a beating for many years, this client's New Year's project for Gage Construction was to reside this entire house with new plywood sheeting, felt, and beautiful cedar shingles.
The first thing we had to do was remove the old deck, and the staircase.
Then we had to install new posts, new hardware, rim joists at the house, tight knot cedar deck, the handrail, and a brand new staircase.
Our project started on January 22, and they gave us eight weeks to finish.
We finished ahead of time, by one week, and the customer was so happy that they sent us a bonus (that we forwarded to our crew, for their great work).

New home owners in Oceanside Oregon, decided the first makeover had to be their small master bath. They reached out right before Christmas to get on our schedule and the DEMO DAY started in February 2020.
CARE is excited to share that the Micro Shelter Project is on the way to being done! This project took a bit of a break due to last winter’s bad weather and the withdrawal of our contractor due to Covid-19 this spring. We are happy that Gage Construction stepped in as our new contractor to get these much-needed shelters done before the winter weather sets in.
