Out with the OLD shower and in with a Modern Oasis

New home owners in Oceanside Oregon, decided the first makeover had to be their small master bath. They reached out right before Christmas to get on our schedule and the DEMO DAY started in February 2020.

The tile was important and they actually drove to Seattle to pick up enough for the entire new walk in shower!

We gutted the entire bathroom which increased the overall space by building out:

• Walk-in shower

• Relocated pipes for shower head

• All new faucets

• New sink

• New quartz countertops from Precision Countertops

• New stealth toilet from Water Conservation specialists EcoFlo Supplies using Niagara Stealth technology

• Custom built cabinets using knotty alder

• All new tile and flooring

• Door and frames removed, rounded edges and now barn doors installed for increased footprint.

Complete overhaul, great job by our crews.

GAGE crew at the bottom. Just finished new cement stairs and handrail for some Depoe Bay residents to have beach access after winter tides destroyed the lower section. 😎 GAGE CONSTRUCTION can really do it all! (More pics soon!) WE LOVE THESE.... Quote from resident: "Your guys did a phenomenal job repairing our private beach access stairway out here in Depoe Bay. Very much appreciated and I'll recommend your company. I'll also keep you all in mind for possible upcoming projects."

CARE is excited to share that the Micro Shelter Project is on the way to being done! This project took a bit of a break due to last winter’s bad weather and the withdrawal of our contractor due to Covid-19 this spring. We are happy that Gage Construction stepped in as our new contractor to get these much-needed shelters done before the winter weather sets in. These shelters will be managed by CARE in partnership with the Tillamook Seventh Day Adventist Church. If you are interested in learning more, please call CARE at 503-842-5261 and ask for Erin.
